Thanks for the response Adam. I understand that Pinnacle and Aplus are different entities.

EDIT: I deleted my previous comment as I made a mistake. I never contacted Pinnacle directly. It was aplus that told me I could not access the source code.

Either way... If Pinnacle cart is a good solution for e-commerce, you might want to sever your ties with aplus.net as they are hurting your brand.

My client went with VOLUSION cart and we are extremely happy with the results and more importantly the CUSTOMER SERVICE that we receive with them compared to aplus.net.

Hi Ben,

I have found the same problem with many people using Aplus.net. They use the Pinnacle Cart but don't know anything about it. Clients have had the cart down for days at a time, they don't know how to customize the cart or provide support for it.

I work for a company called Claim the Web, we are Pinnacle Cart resellers. We've been doing it for over 10 years though... and are experts in the cart. Our customer support is top notch, and we can fix ANY problem quickly. We've made so many different modifications to the Pinnacle Cart that we consider it our own. We even were endorsed by Stompernet (a online marketing committee of SEO professionals) as being the best SEO friendly platform in the market.

As for your advice to stay away from Pinnacle... Pinnacle has a good solution, it's Aplus.net that let you down. Also, we give all source code to our clients.... you don't have to go to Pinnacle to get that.

If you're still looking for a solution let me know. We'd be happy to help!

Thanks,
Adam Stonehocker
